Fully Corupted Shards

 Fully corrupted Shards are not very solid. Hit them hard enough and they'll poof into little bits of shadows. Then they will attack you before forming back into this form. Fully corrupted Shards are insane. It didn't draw it here, but they will have the same collars that control them as the earlier corrupted Shard drawing.

Fully Corrupted Shards will vary in shape and form depending on what Shard they were before. e.g., a Shard that is water-based and has fins, tails, and gills, will have fins, tails, and/or gills in fully corrupted form. Not all have wings, but most do even if they didn't have wings in the first place; it really depends. However, all corrupted Shards will have elongated necks, muzzles, bodies, and especially paws. The paws turn into some sort of hand or talons. They have at least three knuckles on each talon and a surprisingly strong grip. Wolves have a saying about the corrupted Shards' talons: "Once grab, no let go." Simple, short, and to the point.

Also depending on the Shard, corrupted ones will either have smoke / shadows coming out of their mouth or something else like acid, sand, etc. But they all will have something perpetually coming out of their mouth as it is their tongue replacement. They don't need to eat, sleep, or heal. They're technically not alive anymore but an incarnation of corruption. They can't spread this corruption to other creatures by touch, bite, or presence, but it will sure try. Instead of communicating with words and sounds, it will communicate with dark feelings, thoughts, and actions. It tends to twist your very memories, thoughts, and dreams to corruption as it attacks; often immobilizing its prey so it can easily kill. These things don't have a heart, soul, and are debatable about a mind. They kill for the sake of corruption. 

Fully corrupted Shards are not a thing to be messed with. The only way to kill them is to strike them in the heart or the head in one blow. Two won't kill them; it has to be one. This and other factors make full corrupted Shards a very dangerous menace. Thankfully, fully corrupted Shards take time to develop (years), so the evil power in this world doesn't have lots of them. Not that he needs lots, anyway. (Somewhat) Corrupted Shards are easy enough to make and deadly enough to keep.
