Citizen and Blank Slate Updates

 poof Citizen is now drawn. It took me way longer than it should have to get him done, but hey, he's looking pretty good here so at least that mission is accomplished :D I will get around drawing the other heroes (Vulpine, Aben, and Titular) and villains (Cyclone and Deception) eventually, haha.

On another note, Blank Slate is officially finished! On top of that, he won Round 2 of ONC and was an Ambassadors' Pick! That came as a complete and utter surprise to me but aaaah I am so happy!
