Writing Snippet

 Once again, no drawing done. However, since my classes are starting up really soon, I will be drawing a lot! At least, that's my hope. I also got a desktop tablet, which I'm excited to use. So hopefully more art coming soon! In the meantime, here is a snippet of writing taken from alternate POV chapter of Fralith's first meeting of Tim!

“Hey there, bud. Hungry?” He smiled and waved a hand at his cart

The boy blinked and pulled back his lips from his teeth. It wasn’t a smile or a frown but something in between a grimace. It reminded Tim of a critter baring its teeth while it growled. Is he a feral child, then?

He raised his eyebrows. “Ferocious one, are you? Well, we better get some food into you before you eat someone.” He chuckled at that. Despite what the boy had done and the way he acted now, he doubted the boy would raise a hand against anyone out of hunger. No, he seemed to be acting tough to protect himself. Poor buddy doesn’t know that it’s safe here. I need to find a way to tell him that.
