Tell the Story: Those Feet That Led Me; told
Meljia and her friends had done it. They had traversed the wilds, endured the elements, faced down all trials and struggles and came out victorious, all because of Jireh Jesu. Now Meljia and her friends are back at home and things seem to be going back to normal. Granpa is getting better and Meljia thinks all the troubles are over. But then grampa dies and goes home, leaving Meljia distraught and heartbroken, but she finds the strength to go on in Jireh Jesu. The thing is, what next? Meljia had never thought about her future, she had always been content to live out her days playing with the woodland creatures and running with the prairie horses. But now that she had seen the wider world, Meljia finds her self feeling restless in her home. Then one day she finds three humans lost in the woods, they are weary, injured, and are in desperate need of help. Jireh Jesu tells her that there is more for her out there, only if she followed Him. So Meljia agrees and her first step of the journey was to help these people. Meljia takes them in and cares for them but has a hard time understanding anything they say, Meljia never knew that humans couldn't speak animal (the language that she knew the best) and she never knew she couldn't speak very much English. But they work things out and Meljia finds out that these people had survived a plane crash and were looking for help, as they had left many others behind who were too weak to travel far. Meljia knew that if she went back to the closest town now it would be too late for the other survivors, leaving Meljia the only one who could help. She tells the humans at her house where the town is and to go get more help after they gained strength, then she and her four animal friends set off in search of the other survivors. Once again Maljia and her friends faced the harsh hand of nature and the perils of racing against time. Will Meljia and her friends reach the survivors in time? Will they, themselves survive the trip? Will more help be on its way or are they all alone in this race? Once again Meljia and her friends have to rely on the guidance and unending love of Jireh Jesu, but this time, Meljia has to learn to listen and obey, even if it doesn't seem logical at the time.
