Obzadax Dregonite

Obzadaz Dregonites are myths in Kentytii — myths to everyone but The Leader, the Ravan, and some blacksmiths. Obzadaz Dregonites live in tunnel systems carved out by lava. The tunnels are made out of smooth obsidian glass and are almost pitch black. Some of the tunnels open up to larger caverns with bubbling lava pools. These tunnel systems are dark, dangerous, and hard to find.

Obzadaz Dregonites are smaller than all Dregonites because they need to fit in the small tunnels they live in. Their feet have super sharp claws and thick, sticky pads to keep them from slipping and sliding on the obsidian floors. Odadaz Dregonites are the only kind that have wings. These wings aren't nearly large enough to enable them to fly, but they are big enough to allow them to glide over the pools of lava. These Dregonites have huge eyes and glitter in the darkness. If you ever met one, the last thing you'd ever see would be the gleaming eyes of the Obzadaz.

Obzadax scails are made out of obsidian-like material that is sharper, harder, and not easily shattered. They melt at very high temperatures into a black metal that is almost as strong and deadly as Noren ore knives. Obzadax eat obsidian metal ore which makes their scales the way they are. Obzadax have a sharp 'ax' on the end of their tails that they slam into the walls in search of the ore they feed upon. These Dregonites are vicious, sly, and incredibly agile. Pared with their tough scales that can only be pierced by a Noren ore blade or an Obsidian one, makes them extremely deadly.

Legend says that the Ravan went down into the Black Tunnels, fought an Obzadax, and killed it. He took the scales and melted them down into knives. This is why the Ravan has black knives. Or, so it is told. No one knows for sure.
